How can I buy a product on www.thejeweller.co.za?

  • Browse our products by category to find the items you are interested in.
  • Once you have selected your products, click “Add to Shopping Bag”.
  • Continue browsing or click “Proceed to Checkout”.
  • Submit your details, as requested.
  • Pick your method of payment and click “proceed”.
  • We will record your payment details and issue you with a receipt.
  • Your purchases will now be on their way, dispatched in a discreet parcel.
  • That’s all there is to it! Give it a go!

 

Does Thejeweller.co.za trade from a physical shop?
Yes. Our shop can be found at 104 Mirnato Place, 108 Algernon Road, CNR Grant Avenue, Norwood 2192, Gauteng

Can deliveries be made outside of South Africa?
Unfortunately, We do not deliver outside South Africa.

The latest encryption technologies are used to maintain your privacy and safety in terms of your personal information. All information related to orders, such as credit card details, address and name, is encrypted and protected by a secure server for ultimate peace of mind.

Does www.thejeweller accept other methods of payment?
As well as credit cards, we also accept Bank Deposits, direct transfers over the internet, or cash deposits directly into our account. Your order will be processed upon receipt of your payment. Unfortunately, we can only accept deposits from South African banks (not international transfers). We cannot accept ATM transfers because, although the money will be received, we will not know who has sent it. Proof of payment should be sent to:

How will I know when www.thejeweller.co.za has received my orders?
When you click “process my order”, a confirmation page will immediately appear. A confirmation e-mail will also be sent shortly after an order has been placed.
