RAM couriers, as the only courier which does not use subcontractors within South Africa, and with an unsurpassed delivery track record, is our courier service of choice.
While The Jewellery Connection
maintains stock of the majority of our online merchandise, occasionally
we may experiences stock shortages of some items. We continuously
receive high volumes of products, and therefore if your desired product
is not readily available, you can rest assured that we are able to have
it dispatched in the space of a few business days.
Should you have multiple items on order, one of which may be out of stock, the entire order will be assembled and sent together, usually within a few days, unless another arrangement has been requested by the client. In the case of sending items separately, the out-of-stock item will be sent at the expense of The Jewellery Connection. Bank confirmation of all direct deposits is required prior to any order being sent out. Cash deposits will be dispatched on the day following the order.
We always aim to deliver with the utmost speed, but uncontrollable factors may occur which prevent us from doing so, such as bank confirmation delays and problems with delivery agents. The Jewellery Connection will not be held accountable for such occasions. All orders are dispatched from our store timeously as bank confirmation of payment is ensured.
to shipping, each product is checked by the manager of the store by
hand for any defect. This is to ensure the quality of our service.
Should you be unsatisfied with any of our products, the item may be
returned within 7 days of your purchase. This return will carry a fee of
10% of the price of the returned items. If chosen, a delivery charge
for the return may also be applicable. The return of the product is
solely the responsibility of the client, and The Jewellery Connection
will not claim responsibility for loss or theft during return. We do,
however, recommend the use of RAM couriers, our official delivery
partner. Alternatively, the client may elect to return the defective
product to our store themselves (104 Mirnato Place, 108 Algernon road,
CNR Grant Avenue, Norwood 2192, Gauteng).
Refunds will be paid in full following the deduction of penalties and delivery fees, and only provided that (a) the product remains in its original state and has not been tampered with, (b) included is any and all supporting documentation and certification, and (c), if the product is still in its own original packaging. All diamond products in excess of 0.05ct will be accompanied by a certificate of authenticity.

classifications. These guides are intended to assist you with
information of the various precious stones and metals. It is advisable
to refer to these guides as part of your decision-making process
